Jennifer Hanley is principal of Access Consulting, specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and workforce diversity. Working to minimize discrimination liability, legal exposure and compliance problems, she collaborates with clients to develop Affirmative Action programs, conduct organizational needs assessments and to design effective recruitment strategies in an array of industries.

Serving as a liaison with the OFCCP, Jennifer provides on-site support through Compliance Reviews and in responding to Conciliation Agreements. She conducts salary equity comparisons, develops and manages EEO/diversity-related projects and programs, and audits hiring, compensation and training processes. Her efforts are more than legal compliance, they’re problem solving and problem prevention. She has hands on strategic work in defining diversity, promoting equity and fostering inclusion.

Drawing on her analytical skills, Jennifer develops, conducts and analyzes employee surveys relating to human resources issues. Using her findings, she creates organizational planning tools and prescribes changes that improve job satisfaction, retention and productivity. She also helps clients recruit diverse applicants, writes job descriptions, screens resumes and interviews candidates.

Jennifer has both strategic and human resources management consulting experience, and has served as Acting EEO/Diversity Programs Manager for major high tech companies.
