Carol brings broad experience in HR and general business administration for managing smaller employers’ HR needs including leave management and workers’ compensation, benefits and payroll administration, and compliance with federal, state and location regulations.

In researching and assessing employment efforts and options, she’s conducted job market analysis with a practical and common sense approach to analysis of current local job availability and trends, Carol also analyzed specific job seeker skills and background to assess viability and direction of job search efforts and potential job match in order to mitigate damage of job loss – both for employers and employees.

She conducts research of labor market review and analysis encompassing statistical data and reports on California's labor force, industries, occupations, employment projections, wages and other key labor market and economic data and how it relates to current job availability statewide and regionally tracking and evaluating job search resources and websites.

Carol holds the designation of CPDM, (Certified Professional in Disability Management), which is certified by Insurance Educational Association (IEA), possessing the education, skills and knowledge focusing on leave and disability management, return-to-work programs, mitigating the impact and cost to businesses and workers due to employee injury or illness. She’s experienced in identifying trends in attendance, employee turnover and absenteeism. Additionally, she can support disability case management in researching across options employee/employer actions and research options and utilization.
