carefully selected for top-notch performance, common sense and practical experience
in a wide array of industries and government.

guide organizations through planning and problem-solving/avoidance strategies
in employee/labor relations, work force reductions, managing and evaluating
employee performance and labor market forecasting. She is a recognized expert
in equal employment, affirmative action, and sexual harassment. Rhoma is a frequent
seminar presenter, has taught at the University of California, Mills College,
and San Francisco State, and testifies as an expert witness in wrongful termination
and discrimination court cases. She currently is active in NCHRC's Legislative
Affairs Committee, is a member of SHRM's national Legislative Committee and
was a Coro Foundation City Focus participant. She has an MA in management from
Pepperdine University, was a Weinberg fellow at Cornell's School of Industrial
Relations, and did her undergraduate work at UCLA.
Prior to building up her consulting practice, Rhoma managed Equal Employment
for Boise Cascade, a major paper and forest products company with over 30,000
employees. As Labor Relations Supervisor in a General Motors plant employing

Compliance Reviews and in responding to Conciliation Agreements. She conducts
salary equity comparisons, develops and manages EEO/diversity-related projects
and programs, and audits hiring, compensation and training processes.

retention and productivity. She also helps clients recruit diverse applicants,
writes job descriptions, screens resumes and interviews candidates.
Jennifer has both strategic and human resources management consulting experience,
and has served as Acting EEO/Diversity Programs Manager for major hi-tech companies.

and human resources. She brings depth and experience in equal employment opportunity
and affirmative action, performance appraisal development, and personnel management.

Supervisor of Headquarters Personnel, and Manager of Affirmative Action Programs.
She developed and implemented management and officer incentive programs and

of Contract Compliance Programs and for Health, Education and Welfare and as

and Criminal Justice.

program, and has served as OFCCP liaison and secretary of the Southbay Industry
Liaison Group (ILG) since 1996. Her clients range from high tech, bio-medical,

Red Lion Inns Corporation where she rose to become the Vice President of Human
Resources. Responsible for 11,000 employees, she created a Corporate Human Resource
function with 14 regional HR locations reporting to her. In addition to compensation
and benefits, she was responsible for all employee and labor relations, including
the decertification of several unions, a variety of organizational campaigns
and many federal and state compliance issues. Rather than being reactive, Luanne
wrote and implemented a corporate-wide training program to develop all employees
and avoid compliance problems through a preventive strategy.
Her contributions and expertise were recognized by the Society of Human Resource
Management, who selected her as a member of its National Employee and Labor
Relations Committee. More recently, she has worked with many other organizations
to help them achieve federal and state employment law compliance through a comprehensive
audit of employment practices. In addition, she has conducted in-house training
programs for managers and supervisors. Her abilities and emphasis on training
stem from her fundamental belief in the importance of education. This belief
led her to serve as a member of SHRM's Education Task Force.
She handles special projects on an on-going basis for Jackson, Lewis Schnitzler
& Krupman., a law firm that practices labor, employment and benefits law
on behalf of management. She specializes in employee and labor relations, worker's
